KnowledgeBroker and Universal Solutions Group announce partnership

Nashville,TN, March 19 -- KnowledgeBroker (KBI), a global provider of Help Desk computer support content, today announced that they have signed a partnership agreement with Universal Solutions Group (USG) a specialized services provider that focuses on CA's Unicenter Infrastructure Management Solutions.

As part of this agreement, USG plans to resell KnowledgeBroker's computer support content with their CA Service Desk and KnowledgeTools installations. To launch the partnership USG is offering a special bundled Computer Support Content package to all CA Users that attend the HDI Conference in Nashville March 19th - March 21st. USG is in booth 423.
