KnowledgeBroker and Universal Solutions Group announce partnership

Nashville,TN, March 19 -- KnowledgeBroker (KBI), a global
provider of Help Desk computer support content, today announced that they have
signed a partnership agreement with Universal Solutions Group (USG) a
specialized services provider that focuses on CA's Unicenter Infrastructure
Management Solutions.
As part of this agreement, USG plans to resell KnowledgeBroker's computer
